[It's much easier to concentrate once Oikawa actually quietens and stays still. There's no time to be proud of pleased though, considering his hand is brushing over his cheek bones ("Zygomatic arch") next, followed by the actual cheeks ("Malar region"). His hand lowers further, tapping the side of his mouth ("Oral cavity" hm...) and his thumb grazes over his lower lip, labelling that too.
